The Beach Haus Resort is privately owned and operated and as such has the right to refuse service within the law. It is our desire to provide our guests with the best possible stay while they are with us. Guests do not have the right to interfere with or disturb another guest.

Reservations that are reserved through a 3rd party Online Travel Agency (OTA) such as Expedia or Booking.com can only be cancelled or changed by contacting the 3rd Party site the reservation was made through. Cancellation or change penalties will be enforced through the policies of the 3rd party.

Direct booking cancellations received at least 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in time will be eligible for a deposit refund. Non-refundable Discounted Rates do not qualify for a refund at any time.

A deposit equal to your first night's stay plus tax is charged 72 hours before your date of arrival. Cancellations and modifications can be made free of charge up until 72 hours before your date of arrival, after which time the deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining balance due will be collected at the time of departure. Check-in is between 4pm and 10pm; late check-ins must be per-arranged through the hotel. Cardholder must be present at check-in, with ID and the credit card the reservation was booked with. Early departure must provide at least 72 hours notice of change in order to avoid the $75 early departure fee.

Extra person fees will apply for guests exceeding maximum stated occupancy. We are not a pet friendly hotel, pets are not allowed anywhere on the premises. We are a smoke free property. Must be at least 21 years of age to rent.

For safety reasons we do not offer rollaway  beds or cribs. These items block egress in an evacuation emergency. All persons, no matter the age of the occupant, must be registered with the front desk. Rooms have occupancy maximum ratings so it is the responsibility of each guests to adhere to the occupancy rating when reserving room(s).

Guests cannot have visitors after 10pm and ALL visitors must be registered with the front desk. Visitors of guests must receive a Visitor’s Parking Pass for their vehicle and park in the additional parking area across US Highway 31. The hotel, staff, management and owners will not be held responsible for vehicles or belongings and any unregistered vehicles or vehicles not displaying parking permit risk being towed at vehicle owner’s expense.

Checkout is at 11am on day of reservation departure. Guests that overstay their checkout may incur additional charges which is standard operating procedure in the hospitality industry.

Quiet hours begin at 10pm for the comfort of all our guests. Gas grills are available for guest use only up to 10pm.
